Our Casey Dress is made of a very sparkly sequined blue material and soft tulle. The dress features a sweetheart neckline with an embroidered white lace flower and pearl detail at the shoulders. The torso of the dress is made out of sequined blue material which falls down the skirt in a peplum style. The mid waist of the dress has the while lace flower detail and pearl all around with white soft feathers added. The skirt part of this dress has a ballerina look due to the layers of soft white tulle.
